Despite the gloomy and saturated weather of the day, I was lucky enough to end my night with a show presented by Andrew Nowell & Ean Williams as a part of DC Fashion Week 2012. The show exhibited some cool menswear and embellished gowns for women’s wear. Take a look.

Tommy Hilfiger Spring/Summer 2013 collection was inspired by “the codes and camaraderie of collegiate sporting clubs.”

The collection featured lots of stripes in Hilfiger’s signature red, white and blue, embellished with collegiate emblems and gold insignia buttons.

“We think that stripes are really going to be the rule of the spring/summer for men,” Hilfiger said before the show.

I seem to jump from form to form in hopes of finding a place that feels true to who I am and where I want to end up in the near future. Well, now my feet are firmly planted. Welcome to my site; a place where lovers of art, imagery, and style can dwell. Today, I used one of my good friends, Gina, as my subject for the first site entry. She beautifully exhibits the concept of seeking for your own specific place, when nothing is there. Enjoy.” I can attest by being on set at this photo story that by looking at our surroundings and how the photography came back from editing, I must say that Javan truly has an eye for photography and some the greatest potential to saturated not the only the fashion industry but the photography arena at large. From my statement, one could clearly tell that I am completely proud and supportive.

I would like to present to some and introduce to others Kyle Anderson, current Accessories Director for Marie Claire Magazine USA.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle Anderson this summer during my internship at Marie Claire USA in New York City, NY. I must say that he completely motivated me that a man can completely saturate the fashion industry in every aspect. Formally of ELLE Magazine as the Senior Accessories Director, Kyle continues to create timeless editorials for all fashion lovers to admire worldwide.

In addition to the great opportunity of meeting and working in the presence of Kyle, I had a hand in the Miley Cyrus Cover for the September Issue of Marie Claire Magazine. It is completely rewarding seeing a photo in a magazine that you helped prepare. Only the beginning of this aspect.

...& Of course, Kyle styled the Accessories perfectly.
